The Role

The mission of the Technical Sales Manager is to develop technical relationship with automotive clients in Western Europe and to drive technical solutions sales with them from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for “technical sales” for the Western European sales unit

• Giving inputs to the vertical product team in order to define products that are being built into cars for release between 2020 – 2025

• Working, communicating, and building relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers for Western Europe

• Owning customers’ program scope, use cases, UX and validation processes

• Leading solutions sales with the client from ideation and workshops to delivery and demo 

• Performing products’ demo from working-level teams to executive and board-level

• Working with program management, design, data science, and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions (embedded & cloud solutions, web & mobile apps)

• Guiding product delivery teams that are made up of designers, data scientists, solutions architects, and engineers

• Participation to international events – Mondial in Paris, CES, Mondial in Geneva

• Travel > 25% – essentially to Kiev at the R&D center

About You
Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in engineering or management

• >5 years of experience including

  • >3 years of experience in SW product Management
  • >2 years of experience in Automotive Industry (OEMs, Tier 1 or Engineering services)

• Fluent in French (native language) & English – Ukrainian or Russian is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills & relationship

• Ability to work with an international team remotely

• Rigorous & autonomous
