Sales Development Representative

The Role

The role of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be an important role within CloudMade. You will report to the Marketing Manager In this position, you will engage with prospects across all channels, driving pipeline via both inbound (marketing) and outbound (cold) programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating connections with potential customers via email, social media, website, event applications etc;
  • Qualifying , converting and nurturing leads;
  • Scheduling qualified appointments with prospects (potential customers) for the Sales Executives;
  • Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries;
  • Complete, accurate tracking of engagement with prospects in CRM (Hubspot);
  • Building relationships with clients based on quality, trust, and respect;
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives;
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals;
  • Conducting analytics and reporting on results.

About You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development or inside Sales;
  • Experience from qualifying , converting and nurturing leads;
  • Confident Upper-Intermediate English speaker and writer;
  • Exceptionally attentive and accurate with details;
  • Interest in targeting the automotive or mobility industry.

    Nice to have :

  • Background from the automotive or mobility industry
  • Background as a professional writer or journalist;
  • Experience using CRM systems;
  • A confident Google Workspace user.

We offer a competitive salary package to the right candidate depending on experience.


Leave entitlement is at the rate of 25 days per annum in addition to the statutory holidays


The position is a permanent full-time contract.

The position is subject to a 3 month probationary period.

The working week is 37.5 hours remote.
