Content Manager

The Role

The role of the Content Manager will be an important role within CloudMade. You will report to the Marketing Manager. In this position, you will be producing the written content for the company’s website, blog and marketing messages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a content production for the company’s website, blog and social media
  • Develop copy for blog articles, trend reports, survey reports, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, landing pages, infographics etc;
  • Seed content to promote our services across social media platforms;
  • Work with the design team to create visually attractive assets to complement publications;
  • Performing historical optimization for existing blog articles;
  • Assist in all marketing department activities by being actively involved in the marketing strategy development and implementation;
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry.

About You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years marketing background in B2B software company;
  • English level — fluent;
  • Very good writing skills;
  • Knowledge of the methods and tools available to create B2B content across a variety of media;
  • Comfortable with interviewing people;
  • Understanding and working knowledge of SEO principles and tools;
  • Experience in creating all types of content (blog posts, whitepapers, surveys, emails, website content, etc.);
  • Portfolio with recent relevant examples of work.
  • Nice to have :

  • Native English speaker;
  • Background as a professional writer or journalist;
  • Experience with marketing automation systems (Hubspot);
  • Experience with social media content development (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.);
  • Experience with SEO;
  • Experience with Google Analytics.

Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary package to the right candidate depending on experience.

Holiday

Leave entitlement is at the rate of 25 days per annum in addition to the statutory holidays

Terms

The position is a permanent full-time contract.

The position is subject to a 3 month probationary period.

The working week is 37.5 hours remote.
