The Role

We are searching for a high-energy Account Executive who will own the relationship with OEMs and work closely with CloudMade’s internal teams to create great products.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Establishing processes and best practices that lead to successful acquisition and execution of customer projects

• Interacting regularly with the OEM including executive leadership

• Working with CloudMade’s product management and delivery teams to ensure that customer needs and requirements are understood

• Developing new programs from business opportunities with accounts and/or identifying areas of improvement

• Ensuring active programs are on track and delivering well

About You
Qualifications & Experience:

• A solid account management (financial, negotiation, planning and account/program management) background

• Experience working in automotive sphere

• Experience working with the North American car manufacturers

• Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level

• Ability to take ownership of the account and work without direct supervision with presales and active project teams

• A strong ability to express solution value in both concrete financial terms as well as indicators like customer satisfaction

• A hands-on approach to creating new programs from business opportunities
